I'm dying to get my hands on one of these timeless bikes, but I can't shell out $1,000+ for a brand new Batavus. I'd also like to avoid having to pay an additional ungodly amount to bring a bike to America from Europe. Where in the states (preferably East Coast) can I find a second hand dutch-style bicycle? Step-through, covered chain, sleek fenders... that's what I want.
The Breezer and Electra bikes are nice! Too bad you can't buy directly from them. The Breezers are also out of my price range. I'm looking to keep it under $200.
